EDK FCG primary role is to promote Cyber research,education and Collaborating research among local and foreign universities, colleges, government agencies, and private industry.

• Unique shared comprehensive facilities including computer forensic laboratories and monitoring systems.
• Repository of state of the art information assurance & cyber security resources.
• Entrepreneurship and incubator collaboration and support.
• Demonstration of best practices in intelligence gathering & analysis in the filed of counter terrorism.
• Funding to attract and retain outstanding faculty and research expertise.
